Our most popular beer!  Stilly Wheat is a crisp, refreshing, orange peel and corriander infused wheat ale that's bursting with lemonycitrus aromas and flavors. And yes, lemonycitrus is a word. Trust us, we're brewers.

This is the brew that started it all. Our spin on a classic style has been met with overwhelming excitement. Milk Stout is toasty, roasty, sweet, and chocolatey with a great burst of espresso in the nose. And it's way lighter than you expect.

Don't be afraid of the dark!

ABV: 6%

IBUs: 26

Availability: Year-round

Packaging: 4-packs of 12oz cans and draft

Pairs well with:  Cold days, warm days, any days...and fish and chips.

Named for the I-35 exit to Stillwater. This is a favorite in the Tap Room. The spice from the rye compliments the hops perfectly, bringing you a unique, crisp, gently bitter brew. (We call it a Pale Ale, but truth be told, it drinks like a fantastic IPA.)

ABV: 6.2%

IBUs: 45

Availability: Year-round

Packaging: 6-packs of 12oz cans

Pairs well with:  Summer, sun and tasty spicy food.

Our first ever seasonal is definitely for the adventurous craft enthusiast. Chocolatey and smooth on the front end with a delayed kick of spice at the end. Wait for it...

ABV: 8.1%

IBUs: 45

Availability: Fall/Winter Seasonal

Packaging: 6-packs of 12oz cans

Pairs well with:  Grilled steak, ice cream, and Valentine's Day.

Known as the Tartmander in Chief, this super tasty sour wheat beer is brewed with boysenberries and black currants. It's tart, refreshing, and highly drinkable. (If you've tried sours before, and they weren't your thing....give Bright D a try. It will probably surprise you.)

ABV: 4.4%

IBUs: 10

Availability: Year-round

Packaging: 4-packs of 12oz cans

Pairs well with:  Sweet stuff, salty stuff and finally watching that documentary on Netflix.

Iron Monk Brewing Company Beer Flight
Iron Monk Brewing Ingredients

In 2014, after years of planning and construction, Jerod Millirons and Dave Monks founded Iron Monk Brewing Company, bringing the first craft brewery to Stillwater, Oklahoma. With over 30 years of combined brewing experience and a shared entrepreneurial spirit, they tirelessly set out to create exciting, local, handcrafted brews.

In late 2015, Iron Monk opened the state's premier tap room to share their craft directly with brewery fans and friends, and brewery tours started just a few weeks later.

Jerod is a hands-on, mechanically-inclined hardworking dude that enjoys all aspects of operating a brewery: from setting up equipment to handling the finances.  He is also just a little fanatical about OSU sports!

Jerod is a native of Duncan who earned a degree in Biology and an MBA at OSU. After establishing a successful rental property business, he combined his two passions for business and beer and cofounded Stillwater's first brewery.

-DAVE MONKS, Cofounder-

As you can see from these pictures, Dave is a fun-loving practical joker that keeps the staff in good spirits. Originally from Ft. Gibson, he grew up exploring caves, practicing various art forms (he's been known to draw the labels of some of our beer. Check out Bright D. Weizensour and the Imperial Stout) and studying the sciences.

After doing undergraduate research at OSU, attaining his PhD from NCSU and teaching for over a decade in Stillwater, Dave applied his years of experience in home brewing to cofound Iron Monk.

Meet Trenton (if you haven't already)!  Trenton is passionate about a few things, and at the top of the list are OSU (his alma mater) and Craft Beer, and we are absolutely thrilled to have him on our team!

Unlike most folks in the role of Head Brewer at an operation this size, Trenton didn't start out in the beer world.  But he came in here as our first official Assistant Brewer, and quickly demonstrated his remarkable intelligence and brewing abilities.

He's also one super friendly guy.  So next time you're around the tap room (or an OSU game) make sure to say "Hi" to Trenton, and maybe a little "Thank you" for making all this fantastic beer!

-KYLIE MAPLES, Head of Sales-

Kylie is our sales rock star!  We believe in what people bring to the table, not just their experience.  And Kylie is the perfect example! She had no prior beer sales experience, but came in here with a fantastic personality, a strong desire to learn and has totally surpassed anyone else we've ever had in that role.

Kylie is 100% Stillwater born and raised, loves all things OSU, and really likes her car too. She's at the top of the list of our favorite people, and we think you'll all agree when you get to meet her in person.

- WILL WHITTINGTON, Executive Assistant & Brand Ambassador

Will is an OSU grad, one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and one helluva hard worker!  He keeps this place organized and running smooth!

You might see Will taking care of our online store, working as a bartender, working the canning line, or any of a dozen other things.

Say "Hi!" to him next time you drop by!

Think we're exaggerating? Come see for yourself. We work hard at being the friendliest people in the room.

So grab your friends and family and get down here.  We're excited to have the chance to exceed your expectations.  We trust that if given the opportunity, we will earn your loyalty and friendship.

Please let us know how we did. Cheers!
